Desired Work Experience:
3 Years Plus of Experience in managing Office Functioning & Office Administration preferably who has a working experience in IPR Firms (Intellectual Property Rights), Law Firms & Consultancy Firms , Just Dial, Charted Accountant Firm, Service Industries , Marketing & Sales Industries , Data Management Companies
- Excellent English Spoken and Written Communication Skill is a must.
- Proficiency in Ms Excel, Ms Word & Accounting Software (For eg. Tally).
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents and reports. Client Support, Data management.
- Coordinate project deliverables.
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
- Provide administrative support for the operations team.
- Arranging meetings with clients.
